How do you work your pricing?

The Wright Touch’s owner will come by to give you a free estimate. We work pricing by the square foot, building size, and the duration of the job.

Now that I have a price, what’s the next step?

We’ll submit a proposal based off of your requests and our estimates.

Is there anything we need to do before your team comes by to clean?

This depends on whether it is a contracted daily job or a one-time service. If a contracted job, no step is required by client, due to the contract clarifying what is to be done between both parties. However, for one-time projects, make sure we have access to your building or home and access to areas that need attention of cleaning technicians.

Can I leave my pet out, during your cleaning process?

We request that all pets be placed outside the area where our attention is needed.

Are you available for 24/7 service?

Yes; we are available 24 hours, 7 days a week to guarantee that you receive our cleaning experience whenever it is most convenient for you.

How flexible are you with facility schedules?

The Wright Touch is very flexible with handling maintenance with a facility’s schedule and will work with whatever is requested in the contract by the client.

What items do you need for nightly maintenance?

We need the following items for any nightly maintenance required by the client for their facility: keys and access to all areas of required attention, alarm codes to the building, and an emergency contact number to reach the client.
